Welcome to B's Place Guest House.

We are a family Guest House just starting on our journey of a lifelong dream
to own and run a guest house here in beautiful Paignton on the South Devon Coast.
​
Ideally situated in the very center of The English Riviera, we are just 5 minute's walk from the two lovely beaches of Paignton and Goodrington and within easy walking distance of Paignton Harbour, local shops, parks, eateries, and bars, plus transport links to Paignton Zoo, Torquay, and Brixham.

We have 7 en-suite bedrooms, the majority with fabulous sea views.

Everything Starts with an Idea.....

Almost 30 years ago I (Sam) dreamed of owning a guest house by the beach in a seaside town never thinking for one minute that I would ever be able to make that dream come true.
Living and working in the Midlands since 2004 I always hankered moving to the South Devon Coast after taking several holidays with my children in Paignton & Brixham.
​
Fast forward to Jan 2024 and myself and hubby (Trevor) finally completed what is now known as B's Place Guest House after searching and viewing guest houses for almost 2 years.
We boxed up and sold our house in Derbyshire, trundled down on the train with 2 kids, cats & dogs in tow, and made our home in guest houses all over the area until we (hurrah) got the keys!

After lots of hard work rethinking how to use the house layout to accommodate our small family of 5, we rejigged it all to make it work both as a Family Home and a Guest House.
​
We have come home!
